My fascination in two-dimensionally ordering objects to convey concepts of time, belief, or universal beauty allows me to investigate both internal order and external impact. Drawn to objects the same way I am drawn to architecture the artistic process happens in a more gestalt manner where objects relate to each other causing a dialogue. My process is fairly traditional my compositional elements are somewhat diverse pushing me to pursue other types of ordering two-dimesionally. Best known for drawing in pastel and conte my approach is the same in painting to produce volumes and textures using color.
